By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY

Provide accurate registration information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
PEP Celebs is a professional social networking platform designed to:
Connect professionals, businesses, and public figures
Enable content sharing and interaction
Provide subscription-based engagement features
We do not:
Guarantee celebrity responses
Guarantee business outcomes
Guarantee visibility levels
Act as an agent for any user
All interactions are user-driven.
4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
All activity conducted under your account
Ensuring your content complies with UK law
You must immediately notify us of unauthorised access.
5. USER CONTENT
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload.
5.2 Licence Granted to Us
By uploading content, you grant PEP Media Ltd a:
Worldwide
Non-exclusive
Royalty-free
Transferable
Sub-licensable licence
To:
Host
Store
Reproduce
Display
Distribute
Adapt for technical purposes
Promote the Platform
This licence continues until content is deleted, subject to backups and legal obligations.
6. CONTENT RULES
You must not post or share content that:
Is illegal under UK law
Is defamatory (Defamation Act 2013)
Is obscene or pornographic
Promotes terrorism (Terrorism Act 2006)
Promotes violence or extremism
Constitutes hate speech
Infringes intellectual property
Invades privacy
Contains malware
Harasses or threatens others
Misleads or impersonates others
We may remove content without notice.
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts at our sole discretion.
7. ONLINE SAFETY & REPORTING
In compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023:
Users may report illegal or harmful content.
We may moderate content using automated or human review.
We may cooperate with UK law enforcement authorities.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Payments are processed via:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
We do not store payment card information.
Subscriptions:
May renew automatically
Must be cancelled through the relevant app store
Are subject to app store refund policies
We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform software, branding, design, and systems are owned by PEP Media Ltd or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy
Reverse engineer
Scrape
Distribute
Commercially exploit
Without written consent.
10. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
Breach these Terms
Violate UK law
Engage in harmful conduct
Fail to pay subscription fees
We may terminate without prior notice where necessary.
You may delete your account at any time.
11. DISCLAIMER
The Platform is provided "as is".
We do not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Accuracy of user content
Engagement from any specific user or celebrity
Commercial success
User content represents the views of the user, not PEP Media Ltd.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (UK COMPLIANT)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
Subject to the above:
We shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss
Loss of profit
Loss of data
Loss of business opportunity
Reputational damage
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PEP Media Ltd against claims arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Your unlawful content
Your infringement of third-party rights
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer residing in the UK:
You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing restricts your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
15. BUSINESS USERS
If you use the Platform for commercial purposes:
You confirm you act in the course of business.
Consumer protections may not apply.
You are solely responsible for regulatory compliance.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms.
Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
